Why build this now, in this format?
I wanted a quick implementation package that gets people up and running fast. Entrepreneurship is hard enough without trying to remember what you said, when, or explaining yourself again to another AI tool, a VA, or a prospect. Where's that presentation you did six months ago that was really good, but you can't remember what you called it or where you saved it? Let's get to the business of running businesses, and get out of the business of moving Post-it notes from one side of the whiteboard to the other. I've been doing that for six years. It's exhausting, and nothing ever feels productive. There's always another email sequence, another sales page, another checkout page. I, personally, never want to build another referral page again!! What if you only had to explain what you do, how you serve, and how you sound, once? Then you could actually get to the work of growing your business.
Why does this matter to you, not just as a business move?
We're really good at recreating the wheel. I'd rather get good at driving down the road. When I built my own nervous system for CIA, I got space and time back, to actually look at the business, the offers, and what my ideal clients needed and wanted. I got better at seeing past my own tech to-do list and back to the client service list, which is where my attention should have been all along. Honestly, that's where this whole offer came from.
What do you want people to hear directly from you about this?
People are afraid of falling behind on AI, but few people have the time or the desire to become an AI expert, and everything changes every six months anyway. It starts to feel overwhelming. Right now you are probably talking to ChatGPT or Claude, and it's talking back, which feels great, but none of that is getting saved anywhere. It's not going to your team. It's not going into your next launch. It's not there for your next debrief. We're at real risk of doing a lot of busywork and still standing in the same place. I don't want people stuck there, because I was stuck there two years ago. I stood up at a conference and said AI is great, but it isn't moving my business forward, so how do I actually use it to move my business forward? That question started a two year journey that ended with me being able to build a sales page in ten minutes, because I'm not re-teaching the AI what I sound like, what my product is, or who my tech support is. I am just getting to the business of the business.
